Are local game styles influencing betting trends?

Has anyone else noticed how much local gaming styles seem to impact the way people place bets? I’ve been digging into this lately and it’s kind of fascinating. For example, in regions where quick-play games are big, betting also feels more spontaneous and aggressive. In contrast, places with turn-based or strategy-heavy games seem to attract more cautious, long-game bettors. I found a write-up that breaks some of this down: https://doms2cents.com/stories/regional-online-game-variations-cultural-differences-and-betting-preferences/. Curious to hear what others have seen.

One thing I find cool is how global players are starting to blend these approaches. You might see someone using a slow, methodical style in a super-fast game — and it somehow works. I guess the lines are starting to blur as more people get exposed to different formats through streaming or international competitions.
