I usually look for platforms that have a "most watched" or "trending" section because that is where you find the stuff that is actually worth the bandwidth and doesn't look like it was filmed on a potato from ten years ago. It makes a huge difference when the UI is clean and you can actually filter by the specific niches you are into without getting overwhelmed by junk. Whenever I am in the mood for something quick and high-quality I usually just head over to watch some videos because they keep the library updated daily and the loading speeds are fast enough that I don't get bored waiting for the buffer bar to move. It really beats the old days of searching through shady forums or downloading sketchy files that might not even be what the title says they are.
