Using wellbeing apps to track mood and daily routines

Recently I started paying more attention to my mental state because my days feel very fragmented. Work tasks mix with personal plans, and by evening I often cannot clearly say what affected my mood. I tried writing notes by hand, but it quickly became inconsistent. I am looking for a simple way to reflect on emotions, notice patterns, and understand why some days feel heavier than others. Has anyone used tools that combine mood tracking with small daily reflections and routine planning in a realistic way.

From my experience, it helped to use something structured but not overwhelming. I read a detailed review about The Liven where the author explained how the app starts with a short questionnaire and then offers mood tracking, journaling prompts, and simple routines. What stood out was the focus on daily check ins and noticing how environment or tasks affect emotions. The built in planner and reflective questions made it easier to stay consistent without turning it into a chore.
